Now, onto some recs!
Clothing and Footwear:
When it comes to having a perfect mix of lifestyle and sport, ASICS always knocks it out of the park. So many great silhouettes to choose from and so many great designers involved; it’s impossible to not find something perfect for yourself. We came across these 15-50s quite a while ago and were surprised to find that they were still on the website. A near full size run! Bonkers.
These Gel-Sonomas caught our eye due to the materials selected. Per the site, ASICS “partners with the Toyoda Gosei company to reconstruct the GEL-SONOMA™ 15-50 sneaker with recycled airbag material.”
All in a bid to reduce waste from material not used in producing airbags. Genius move, ASICS.

As we expand our knowledge of technical design, we can’t help but feel impressed when we come across smaller brands tackling the mountaineering gear world. Ostrya is one of those smaller brands and the Skarn jacket is one of those impressive feats.
A simple yet well executed windbreaker. Everyone can benefit from a light jacket this Spring/Summer, consider the Skarn.

18 East is a brand that’s very much unlike a lot of other brands out right now. Tons of garments proudly crafted in India comprised of all kinds of shapes and structures. This pair of pleated pants is one of those garments that stands out. Why? It’s composed of ripstop nylon. A pleated trouser in ripstop nylon. Have you seen that before? We haven’t.

They’re pretty great in this dusty olive colorway as well. Big ups 18 East.
Music:
Five new tracks, hand-picked just for you.
Film and TV:
Once again, massive love for tapping in and I’ll see you in 7 days.
